We are looking for an exceptional PA-C to join our integrated, non-surgical orthopedic practice. This is an opportunity for an APP who wants more than a traditional "see the patient, write a prescription, move on" environment. Our approach combines medical care, physical rehabilitation, chiropractic care, regenerative and interventional therapies, and patient education to help patients manage musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions without immediately turning to surgery. This is an excellent fit for someone who is: High-energy, motivated, and personable Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment Passionate about musculoskeletal and orthopedic medicine Interested in developing strong procedural skills A confident communicator who can educate patients without being "salesy" Team-oriented and willing to collaborate across disciplines Self-motivated and accountable Interested in building a long-term career with a growing practice What You'll Do The APP will evaluate and treat patients with a broad range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including: Knee and hip osteoarthritis Back and neck pain Shoulder, elbow, wrist, and other joint conditions Sports and activity-related injuries Chronic musculoskeletal pain Degenerative orthopedic conditions Soft-tissue and tendon-related conditions Responsibilities Comprehensive medical and orthopedic evaluations Developing individualized treatment plans Joint and soft-tissue injections Joint aspirations when indicated Ultrasound-guided procedures Shockwave and other non-surgical therapies Regenerative/interventional procedures as appropriate Ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic testing DME and orthopedic bracing recommendations Patient education and treatment-plan discussions Follow-up evaluations and monitoring patient progress Collaboration with chiropractic, physical therapy, and other clinical team members Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized pain management plans that go beyond conventional methods. Educate patients on innovative pain relief techniques, including physical therapy, minimally invasive procedures, and holistic approaches. Assist in conducting assessments to identify the root causes of pain and recommend tailored treatment options. Support the integration of new technologies and therapies into clinical practice to enhance patient recovery and satisfaction. Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting care plans as needed to optimize results and promote long-term wellness. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Foster a motivating, energetic environment that encourages patient engagement and team collaboration. Requirements Experience with orthopedic, sports medicine, pain management, PM&R, or musculoskeletal medicine is preferred, but we are willing to train the right provider. Experience in orthopedic or pain management settings; certification in relevant healthcare fields preferred. Strong knowledge of advanced pain management techniques, including minimally invasive procedures and physical therapy modalities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate patients and collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and innovative treatment approaches. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in orthopedic care. A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering energetic, patient-centered care that challenges traditional practices. Pay:
