Job Summary Now Hiring - Be Part of Something Great! Premier Specialty Coatings is a company specializing in Commercial and Industrial Painting, Caulking, Coatings and Concrete Restoration. With 27 years of experience in the industry we provide a full range of services for new Construction to Tenant Improvement projects. Responsibilities:
Estimating:
Project Estimation:
Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to accurately estimate the cost, time, and resources required for new painting projects. Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead. Provide clients with comprehensive proposals, bids, and timelines for their projects.
Bid Preparation:
Review bid specifications and drawings, attend pre-bid meetings/jobs walks, and perform take-offs to determine project scope. Submit proposals and negotiate pricing and contracts with clients and general contractors. Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring the project is completed within the allocated financial parameters.
Project Management:
Project Planning & Execution:
Oversee all phases of the project, including initial setup, scheduling, execution, and project close-out. Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Manage project schedules and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Assist in RFI's, COR's, Change Orders, invoice preparation, and project close-out documentation.
Client Relations:
Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project life cycle, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Effectively address client concerns and scope adjustments with prompt, professional communication and resolution. Develop and maintain a faithful client portfolio that generates repeat business and referrals.

Full-time Pay:
$85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
