full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician, Installer, or General Contractor looking to transition into an HVAC Estimator role. The ideal candidate will have strong residential construction and HVAC experience, with an interest in energy-efficient systems and new HVAC technologies. Key Responsibilities Consult with customers and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions. Prepare estimates for residential system replacements and retrofit projects. Evaluate existing HVAC systems and recommend upgrades or replacements. Develop knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC technologies and system design. Work with homeowners, property managers, building owners, and contractors. Learn and apply HVAC estimating, design, installation, and service practices. Attend manufacturer and industry training programs. Maintain accurate project and customer documentation . Qualifications 10+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, HVAC Installer, or General Contractor. Strong understanding of residential construction. Experience with residential HVAC replacements and retrofit projects. Interest in energy-efficient HVAC systems and emerging technologies. Willingness to learn HVAC system design and estimating. General computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work with customers, property managers, and contractors.
