This role is primarily office-based and focuses on cost estimating, project support, and customer communication. After training, the position may include occasional short site visits to support engineering and construction activities. We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of construction, engineering, or Battery Industry projects, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn. Strong English communication skills and fluency in Korean are required. Responsibilities Prepare project cost estimates and pricing proposals Review project drawings, specifications, and scope requirements Communicate with customers regarding project needs, schedules, and pricing Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors Assist with project planning and documentation Support engineering and construction teams as needed Conduct occasional site visits after training to gather project information and support project execution Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional customer service Qualifications 4 to 5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or a related field Excellent English communication and customer service skills Fluency in Korean, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and business partners Experience with cost estimating, project coordination, or construction projects Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge Ideal Candidate Outgoing and professional Strong communicator who enjoys working with customers Practical, dependable, and eager to learn Understands construction projects and can adapt to new challenges Able to work effectively in both office and field environments Apply today to join a growing team and build a long-term career in construction and project management.
