This role is ideal for individuals early in their estimating or project engineering career who are detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast‑paced pre‑construction environment. Perform detailed digital takeoffs for landscape construction scopes including planting, irrigation, hardscape, grading, soil volumes, and site furnishings. Review plans, specifications, addenda, and RFI responses to ensure takeoffs reflect current project requirements. Organize and label plan sheets, notes, and measurement data for estimator review. Identify discrepancies, missing information, or unclear details and flag them for senior estimators. Assist estimators in building cost estimates using company labor rates, production benchmarks, and material pricing. Input quantities, unit costs, alternates, and clarifications into standardized estimating templates. Help prepare bid forms, proposal documents, and scope narratives. Maintain organized bid folders, vendor quotes, and project documentation.
