Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Flooring Estimator to join our team in Del Mar, CA.

Responsibilities include:

Review project plans and specifications to accurately estimate flooring material and labor costs. Conduct site visits to assess scope of work and gather measurements. Create detailed and competitive bids for residential and commercial flooring projects. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure accurate estimates and timely communication. Analyze project requirements to recommend suitable flooring solutions and materials. Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation.

Skills needed:
