Job Overview:

Bottom Line Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Plan Reviewer / Bid Estimator to join our team. This dual-role position combines plan review responsibilities with estimating support, playing a key role in ensuring project accuracy and successful bid acquisition. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and experienced in both construction document review and bid coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan Reviewer Duties:

Review construction document (CD) sets and Site Plan Review packages during backcheck cycles Ensure all city comments and corrections have been properly addressed prior to resubmittal Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information Maintain accuracy and compliance with local regulations and requirements

Bid Estimator Duties:

Solicit and gather bids from subcontractors and vendors for upcoming projects Make outbound calls to vendors to request and follow up on bids Track, organize, and compare incoming bids for completeness and competitiveness Assist in bid leveling and review processes

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Required Proven experience in bid reviewing and/or estimating
• Required Familiarity with construction documents, site plans, and permitting processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
