The Millwork Estimator / Project Coordinator candidate should have the following: A minimum of 6 years of experience in high-end cabinet and millwork estimation, project management, or coordination. Exceptional ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings. Proficiency in performing accurate material take-offs and pricing labor, materials, and hardware. Familiarity with project management tools and database software (such as Quickbase) to track project milestones, generate timelines, and monitor deliverables. Has a sense of pride and ownership for delivering the highest quality results on strict deadlines. Works well in a fast-paced team setting as well as individually. Communicates effectively with Project Managers, Foremen, and the Woodshop Manager to discuss job progress and resolve operational roadblocks. Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Mileage accrued on behalf of the company is reimbursed per federal mileage rates.
