The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive electrical and construction site experience, and proficiency in project management tools. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and contracts while ensuring compliance with NEC standards and safety regulations. The Electrical Project Manager will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope. Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines Develop detailed construction estimates utilizing tools such as HeavyBid and Construction estimating software Prepare and negotiate contracts, change orders, and pricing with clients and subcontractors Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation, plan review, and collaboration Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control measures to optimize efficiency Monitor project progress on-site, ensuring compliance with NEC standards, safety protocols, and quality expectations Coordinate with design teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports Identify potential risks or delays early and implement corrective actions promptly Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations Requirements Proven experience in electrical construction management or related field with a strong background in electrical systems Extensive knowledge of NEC standards and construction site operations Proficiency in project management software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam Strong negotiation skills for contracts, pricing, and change orders Experience in construction estimating, cost control, and budget management Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, and stakeholders Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Construction site experience is essential; familiarity with construction management practices is highly desirable
