Role:

We are looking for a confident, collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Estimator. Your role will be pivotal in preparing concise full-scope cost estimates for public works and private construction projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all financial and technical aspects are thoroughly and accurately accounted for.

What You'll Do:

Review plans and specifications Perform quantity takeoffs Price pipe, fittings, structures, excavation, bedding, backfill, paving, etc. Develop labor and equipment costs Contact suppliers/subcontractors Visit jobsites and attend prebid meetings Build estimates Review and identify scope gaps and exclusions Prepare the final bid numbers Maintain bid documentation What we're Looking for: 3+ years' experience in preconstruction/estimating or operations in underground construction, with a focus on pipeline projects. Proficiency in bidding software. Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail to independently estimate pipeline work. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with an ability to work effectively as a team. Ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to management, clients, and customers. Previous experience with Public Works and Private projects T.E. Roberts Inc.,
