Landscape Construction Estimator

Team member will be responsible for completing project bids from receiving the initial bid invites to the Pre-construction Budget process if we are awarded the project. Primary tasks include On-Screen Plan Take-Offs, working with suppliers to get all the necessary quotes, price input into QuickBid Bidding Software, reviewing/sending proposals and following up with clients to get bid results. Building strong relationships with Clients, Vendors and Sub-Contractors is critical so sales and people skills are also very valuable. Training will be provided as needed but extensive experience with computers and programs like Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe PDF is very important. Experience with On Screen Take-off/Quick Bid (On-Center Software) and/or similar Bid Software is also very important for this senior position. We are a large-scale Commercial Landscape Construction Company. You will be working on projects for large scale Home Builders, General Contractors, and Public Entities. This position entails a lot of responsibility so the team member must be able to work under pressure and meet project bid date deadlines. There are significant opportunities to develop and grow within our fast-moving company. We were founded in 2018 but our team has been in the industry for 40 years.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
