This dual-role position requires strong multi-trade expertise, including finish carpentry, steel stud framing, drywall, and coatings. Responsibilities include preparing accurate estimates, managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating field teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. Multi-trade experience is required, with experience in finish carpentry, steel stud framing, drywall, coatings. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
