This dual-role position requires strong multi-trade expertise, including finish carpentry, steel stud framing, drywall, and coatings. Responsibilities include preparing accurate estimates, managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating field teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. Multi-trade experience is required, with experience in finish carpentry, steel stud framing, drywall, coatings. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and field teams Maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Oversee superintendents and crews on-site Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards Review contracts, scopes, and change orders Track labor, materials, and job costs Conduct site visits and project meetings Complete project documentation and closeout reports Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in construction or painting/coatings Ability to read plans and specifications Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with budgeting and job costing Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with JobTread/QuickBooks a plus) Valid driver's license Experience in commercial painting or specialty coatings Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety practices Experience managing subcontractors Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Potential for bonus program Benefits negotiable Growth opportunities within a growing company Supportive, team-oriented environment
