Estimator - Drive Growth for High-Volume Electrical & Control Projects with

              You will play a central role in driving business expansion by leveraging your industry network to secure high-value electrical and control bids. Working alongside some of the world's largest companies, your accurate estimates will directly shape our project pipeline and revenue trajectory.               Impact:
              • Prepare detailed, highly accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical and control projects.
              • Leverage your existing industry relationships and book of business to secure competitive bidding opportunities.
              • Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and scopes to calculate labor, material, and equipment requirements.
              • Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on budget constraints and execution strategies.
              • Participate in bid strategy reviews and deliver winning project proposals to drive organizational growth.
              • Perform ongoing cost analysis and risk assessments to safeguard project profit margins.
              Required Qualifications & Experience:
              • Minimum of 5 years of professional electrical estimating experience.
              • Established book of business and strong industry network.
              • Deep technical understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical control systems.
              • Proven track record of preparing competitive, profitable bids for complex projects.
              Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
              • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
              • Familiarity with advanced electrical estimating software and digital takeoff tools.
