Preferred:

High school diploma or GED Electrical controls project experience Valid driver's license

OSHA 10/30 CPR

certification Scissor lift/aerial platform, forklift, excavator, or skid steer experience Journeyman card What You'll Do Lead and mentor daily electrical field crews Oversee jobsite execution from layout through completion Ensure installations meet plans, specifications, quality standards, and electrical codes Enforce jobsite safety and proper equipment use Coordinate materials, schedules, workflow, and task assignments Inspect work in progress and maintain quality control Resolve technical issues and keep projects on schedule Support commercial and industrial electrical and controls projects Travel approximately 20% as required If you have strong electrical experience and are ready to take on a field leadership role, submit your application for consideration.
