Evaluate and interpret contract documents including bid drawings and specifications. Prepare pricing estimates on projects coming up for bid, and estimate prices on change orders on existing contracts.
SUGGESTED SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to read and understand structural & architectural drawings and specifications. Good verbal and written communication skills for dealing with contractors, architects, engineers, purchasing, and others. Knowledge of terminology customarily used in construction.
