Full Job Description Purpose:

Maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment to provide a clean, well maintained and safe environment for members and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

(actual duties) Sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, Sprinkler installation Installation of mortar less segmental concrete masonry wall unit Use specialized equipment such as blowers and mowers to perform cleaning duties Maintain the overall condition of the building and grounds. Make sure that the grounds are free of leaves or trash. Perform inspection of the premises and ensure that any hazardous conditions are immediately taken care of

Requirements:

(any other education or certifications?) High School Diploma Minimum 2 years within the Hospitality Industry or equivalent

Valid CA Driver's License Physical Demands:

(any special equipment-golf carts, forklift, etc) Able to lift 70 lbs. occasionally. Constant pulling and pushing within an 8 hour period, appx. 3-5 hours a day. Constant kneeling and bending will be required to view, access, reach, enter, exit, equipment or issue concerned. Sufficient mobility to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time Work is performed in an indoor and outdoor environment with travel from sit to sit, exposure to dust, fuel, diesel, and cleaning agents.

Pay:

From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
