Project Manager/Estimator

Position Summary This role is ideal for a well-rounded construction professional with a strong background in commercial general contracting, capable of managing projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 3 + years of relevant experience and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Assist in the bidding process, including soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and supplier bids
• Perform bid leveling, scope analysis, and value engineering
• Assist in developing comprehensive bid proposals and budgets
• Review plans, specifications, and addenda to ensure complete project understanding
• Oversee project execution, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and cost control
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Track project costs, changes, and progress to ensure successful delivery
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with field teams and stakeholders Qualifications
• Strong estimating and project management background
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
