Senior Estimator | Technical Tenant Improvements | Bay Area Our client is a well-established General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support its portfolio of complex technical tenant improvement projects throughout the Bay Area. Working closely with company leadership and project teams, you will help guide opportunities from early conceptual budgeting through final pricing. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys getting involved early, influencing strategy, and helping position projects for success. What You'll Be Doing Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates throughout the preconstruction process Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare labor and material pricing Review drawings, specifications, and technical scopes to identify risks and opportunities Lead value-engineering studies and recommend practical cost-saving solutions Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners Support bid strategy, scope development, and final pricing presentations Manage estimates for multiple projects and opportunities concurrently What We're Looking For 10+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor Experience estimating technical tenant improvement projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and complex trade scopes Proficiency with estimating and takeoff platforms, including On-Screen Takeoff Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment What's Offered Profit-sharing program Above-market bonus potential Unlimited PTO 401(k) with company match 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage Hybrid work flexibility If you'd like to learn more, get in touch today.
