We receive a high volume of residential requests for proposals and are looking for an individual who can effectively manage opportunities from the initial customer inquiry through site evaluation, estimating, proposal preparation, follow-up, and contract execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of asphalt paving and estimating , along with general knowledge of excavation, grading, drainage, masonry, and site work. We are willing to train the right candidate who has relevant construction experience, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn and grow within our organization. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to incoming residential requests for estimates Schedule and conduct on-site meetings with prospective customers Evaluate existing driveway and site conditions Accurately measure projects and determine required quantities of asphalt, aggregate, excavation, and other materials Identify grading, drainage, access, site preparation, and other potential construction concerns Develop accurate and competitive project estimates Prepare clear, detailed, and professional customer proposals Explain project scope, recommendations, pricing, and options to homeowners Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective customers Manage a high volume of active leads, estimates, proposals, and follow-ups Coordinate with management and operations personnel to ensure proposed projects can be completed efficiently Maintain accurate customer and estimating information within company systems Assist in transitioning awarded projects from estimating to scheduling and production
