No Fee Staffing Agency Estimator Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed commercial drywall estimates using OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and
QUICKBID.
Review architectural, structural, and reflected ceiling plans. Prepare bid proposals and quantity takeoffs, Manage projects from award through closeout. Prepare and process RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Pay Applications, Schedule of Values (SOVs) Coordinate with General Contractors, vendors, and field personnel. Maintain organized project documentation and communication.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Five plus years of commercial drywall estimating experience. Experience with OST (On-Screen Takeoff)
QUICKBID.
Experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor. Knowledge of commercial drywall systems, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and specialty ceilings. Proficient with Microsoft office applications Outlook and Microsoft Excel, including preparation of Pay Applications and Schedules of Values. Ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

$70,000 - $120,000 Year DOE (Depends on Experience)
