SPRINKLER REMODEL SALES
(Interior Projects)JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: work with existing and potential customers to estimate and bid new project work for Sprinkler Remodel Communicate proposals directly with customer via CRM Follow up and schedule sales appointments A continued commitment in pursuit of new customers by scheduling sales calls, follow up leads and utilizing outlined market strategies Meet or exceed sales budget goals set by the remodel management team Promote and attend BOMA and other social events while representing Allied Fire Protection in a professional manner Promote a positive ongoing relationship with customers and end users Estimate hard bid contracts and provide a proposal to the customer on the bid date Conduct job site surveys to ensure the accuracy of the estimate Prepare assigned reports needed for invoicing (Customer set up sheet) Attend remodel and sales meetings Submit monthly expense report on due date for the managers approval Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with all internal and external customers Assist accounts receivable/collections for overdue service customers All other duties assignedExpectations:
