As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the Mold, Water, Fire and reconstruction process by providing accurate cost estimates for projects. This is a full-time position with great advancement opportunities. Looking to hire someone who can write Scopes and Negotiate Estimates, attention to detail is a big deal and you must be open to learning other aspects of the job 3 years experience writing and negotiating insurance losses & non-insurance losses. Proficient in Xactimate with a minimum of 2 years of experience Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills Customer service focused Pass drug and criminal background checks Attention to detail Ability to independently scope and estimate mitigation & construction projects of all sizes. Communicate with adjusters/customers on the scope of work Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Excellent customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Hourly plus commission pay! Company vehicle provided for sales appointments!
