Job Description:

Senior Cost Estimator | High-Rise Vertical (Brickell / Downtown)

The Mission:

Own the pre-construction phase for luxury vertical developments in Miami's financial heart.

The Role:

You will act as a technical advisor for elite Developers and GCs, providing high-IQ precision in budgeting and risk analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive cost estimates for multi-million dollar high-rise residential projects. Use technical expertise to address client pain points and ensure project profitability.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in AEC estimating, specifically within the Miami high-rise sector.

Package:

$130k - $150k Base + Performance Bonus.
