We are looking for someone with Division 08 (Doors Frames & Hardware) Commercial estimating skills. Someone who is able to view plans and perform takeoffs on the door/frame/hardware scope of work on commercial projects to accurately assess quantities and specific details to products that are to be utilized in the projects . The ability to learn and/or use our bid software is a requirement (a huge plus if already have experience with it or similar programs). We utilize Software for Hardware (SFH) for our bidding and project management needs. Following guidelines set forth in the project documents to achieve competitive pricing based on our manufacturer discounts and following up quotes/proposals with General contractors and finalizing projects as contract work.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
