Job Description
Estimator- Site Work BRW Contracting, Inc. is a Central Florida full-service site development company located in Land O' Lakes. Our services Includes land clearing and grading, underground utilities, concrete, and asphalt. We have been in the market for more than 20 years offering equal job opportunities. We are seeking a team member with a firm grasp on estimating projects in the realm of clearing, earth work, wet utilities, concrete and asphalt paving. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing associate estimators time, quality, accuracy and influencing decision on which projects to pursue. Equally important, this candidate will be familiar with construction management and project sequencing to determine project budgets and risks Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or construction management or relevant site work experience.
- Strong experience in B2W Estimate, Agtek and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards of civil construction.
- Amiable Personality with ability to craft constructive contract language to mentor and guide future generations.
- 5 Years documented estimating heavy civil self performance work. How You Contribute

Schedule:
M-F:
7am-5pm (1-hour Lunch)- Salary depends on level of experience
