Job Description Insight Global is currently seeking an Estimator to join a client in the commercial interiors construction industry in Miami, FL. This individual will prepare accurate cost estimates for drywall, metal framing, ceiling, and interior finish projects across the Miami territory. They will review plans and specifications, perform takeoffs, develop pricing, and support bid submissions for commercial construction opportunities. The Estimator will focus primarily on projects under $2M and will leverage market relationships and local knowledge to identify competitive opportunities. They will work closely with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and accurate project budgeting. The ideal candidate brings strong division 9 estimating expertise, familiarity with south Florida construction markets, and the ability to operate independently. Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of estimating experience
• Deep drywall and metal stud framing estimation
• Strong experience with QuickBid, OST (On-Screen Takeoff), or Buzzbid etc.
• Strong understanding of field operations and installation methods
• Experience estimating projects up to $2M
• Experience bidding commercial drywall/interiors projects
