Our client specializes in mechanical, electrical, sheet metal, pipping and plumbing (MEP) building systems expert, on commercial construction projects. We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for experienced Senior Project Managers/Estimators who are eager to advance their careers. If you possess a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Commercial Projects, such as Mechanical, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, Fire and much more. This role could be the perfect fit for you.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator , you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing commercial projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include preparing project estimates and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, and ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee commercial projects from start to finish Prepare accurate project estimates and budgets Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams Ensure timely project completion within budgetary constraints
Key Requirements:
Strong project management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Proficiency in project estimating software Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
