Job Description
Build your future with a long-standing, family-owned specialties distributor in Council Bluffs, supporting commercial construction projects with knowledgeable service and competitive pricing. In this Project Manager / Estimator opportunity, you'll own both estimating and project execution to help secure profitable work and deliver quality results. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager / Estimator position include: 1-2 years of commercial construction experience with drawings, takeoffs, submittals, and procurement Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Division 10 experience preferred Strong understanding of takeoffs, pricing, and construction project workflows Experience managing commercial construction projects preferred Prepare detailed takeoffs at all stages for negotiated and competitive bids Manage awarded projects from handoff through closeout, coordinating submittals, shop drawings, and material procurement Track schedules, lead times, and key milestones while monitoring project costs and managing change orders Ensure accurate, on-time bid forms and required project documentation, including closeout materials
Salary:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits:
