Full-Time Join the All Wall Contracting Team All Wall Contracting is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience estimating metal stud framing, drywall, and ACT scopes and a strong understanding of commercial construction. Our projects span the Pacific Northwest region , including Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Montana. We work on a diverse range of Federal, State, and private commercial projects , from smaller projects to large and complex builds. Position Summary The Estimator is responsible for providing and coordinating complete estimating services for assigned projects. This includes developing conceptual and hard-bid estimates, evaluating project documents, analyzing costs, and supporting the team throughout the estimating and bidding process. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced commercial construction environment. Key Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to determine project scope and estimating requirements. Prepare complete conceptual and hard-bid estimates for projects ranging from small to large and complex. Evaluate historical project data, subcontractor information, purchase orders, productivity reports, and other resources to develop accurate unit and man-hour costs. Develop detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, production costs, and other project requirements. Attend pre-bid meetings and participate in project scope reviews as needed. Review material and equipment requirements, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure estimates are complete and accurate. Prepare and maintain organized estimating documentation and supporting data. Assist with subcontractor and supplier inquiries and evaluate submitted bids. Identify cost trends and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Review estimating procedures and recommend improvements to reduce discrepancies between estimated and actual project costs. Work collaboratively with project management, operations, and other members of the estimating team. Perform other duties and assignments as needed. Qualifications & Experience 2-5 years of commercial construction estimating experience. Experience estimating metal stud framing, drywall, and ACT is required. Field construction experience is a plus. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with construction estimating software such as The EDGE (preferred), OST, and Quick Bid . Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
