We are a small, growing electrical contractor looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator who wants more ownership, variety, and direct involvement in the business. We're a small tight team, you'll work directly with the owner and play an important role in deciding what work we pursue and helping us win it. Our projects span residential, commercial, and industrial work—from smaller residential projects to large commercial projects. What You'll Do Prepare labor, material, and equipment takeoffs and estimates Estimate residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Develop competitive bids while protecting target margins Obtain current vendor and supplier pricing Conduct site visits when needed to confirm scope Maintain current labor and material costs Work directly with ownership on bid strategy Provide a clean handoff to operations after award What We're Looking For You understand electrical construction and can independently take a project from bid documents through a completed estimate. Electrical field experience Electrical estimating experience Ability to read drawings, specifications, and bid packages Strong working knowledge of NEC and local codes Experience with estimating software Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines Strong attention to detail and follow-through You don't need to come from a large estimating department. We're interested in someone who knows electrical construction, knows how to estimate profitable work, and enjoys taking ownership. Pay & Benefits $80,000-$105,000 , depending on experience Year-end bonus Paid vacation / PTO Steady project pipeline Your work matters here.
