• Be the Person Who Creates the Plan
• As a Mitigation Specialist, you'll combine technical restoration knowledge with estimating, documentation, customer service, and field leadership.

You'll help: Assess water, fire, and other property damage Determine the appropriate mitigation scope Document losses thoroughly Take measurements, photos, moisture readings, and job notes Develop accurate estimates and scopes of work Communicate recommendations to customers Coordinate with team members to keep projects moving Help ensure work is completed safely and to company standards Provide calm, professional guidance when customers need it most You're not just responding to a damaged property. You're helping determine what happens next. ##

• Estimating Experience Matters
• We're especially interested in candidates with experience developing estimates or scopes in restoration, construction, insurance claims, remodeling, or a related field. Experience with
• Xactimate or similar estimating software
• is a plus. We value people who can look at a loss and think beyond the immediate task: What was damaged? What needs to happen now? What can be saved? What needs to be removed? What resources will the project require? How do we document it correctly? That ability to combine field knowledge with good judgment and accurate estimating is an important part of this role. ##
