$160,000 - $200,000 base salary + comprehensive benefits We are partnering with a well-established, mid-sized general contractor to identify aSenior Estimator to join their growing team. This firm has built a strong reputation delivering high-quality projects across retail, restaurant, and hospitality sectors, and is actively expanding into new markets including healthcare, industrial, office, and other commercial segments. With approximately $100M in annual revenue and a stable, repeat client base, the company offers both the resources of an established builder and the agility of a growth-oriented organization. Position Overview The Senior Estimator will play a critical role in preconstruction, leading estimating efforts across a diverse portfolio of projects. This individual will collaborate closely with leadership, project management, and clients to develop competitive, accurate, and strategic bids. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the estimating process from conceptual budgeting through hard bids and negotiated work Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors Partner with project managers and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs Provide value engineering recommendations and cost-saving strategies Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed Mentor junior estimating staff and contribute to process improvements Qualifications 8+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction Strong experience across retail, restaurant, and/or hospitality projects; exposure to healthcare, industrial, or office projects is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite What's Offered Competitive base salary ($160K - $200K) Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.) Stable pipeline of repeat business with long-standing clients Opportunity to help expand into new and diverse market sectors Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong leadership support
