We're looking for someone who can walk into a stressful situation, connect with people quickly, assess what needs to happen, and confidently lead the conversation forward. You may be a great fit if you: Have experience in restoration, construction, estimating, insurance, project management, or a related field Understand mitigation and the property restoration process Know how to build relationships with customers, adjusters, and referral partners Are comfortable asking for the business and closing the job Can balance customer needs with project scope, documentation, and profitability Communicate clearly and confidently—even when emotions are high Are organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple losses at once Enjoy being in the field and taking ownership rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do Property damage restoration experience is strongly preferred, but we are open to someone with the right combination of sales ability, construction knowledge, customer service, and drive. Two or more years of related experience is preferred. IICRC certifications are a plus—or we'll look for someone willing to obtain them. This Could Be Your Next Step Maybe you're already working in restoration and want to move beyond running the equipment or managing the production side of a job. Maybe you're an experienced Project Manager or Estimator who is strongest when you're in front of customers. Or maybe you're in construction, insurance, or another service-based industry and know how to build relationships and close business. We're interested in the person behind the title. If you understand how to earn someone's trust, recognize an opportunity, and take ownership from "we have a loss" to "we have a plan," we want to hear from you.
