What You'll Do As an Estimator Trainee, you'll learn how to evaluate commercial roofing projects and prepare accurate, competitive bids that help our company win profitable work.

Your responsibilities will include:

Learning to read blueprints and architectural drawings Performing material and labor quantity takeoffs Assisting with commercial roofing estimates and bid preparation Preparing proposals and project documentation Following up on bid results and gathering customer feedback Coordinating project submittals Communicating with vendors and suppliers Visiting job sites when needed to better understand projects Supporting project managers and estimators Helping improve office systems and estimating processes Assisting with general office responsibilities as needed Safely drive forklifts for receiving and staging job site materials at the shop What We're Looking For We're much more interested in potential than experience.
