This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with construction, restoration, insurance, or estimating experience who can build trust with homeowners, communicate professionally, and take ownership of customer outcomes. If you've successfully managed customer relationships, documented losses, developed scopes, coordinated with operations teams, and understand residential construction, we'd like to talk.
