Restoration Estimator Be the Trusted Expert Homeowners Count On Monroe Restoration | South Bend, IN Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits When disaster strikes, homeowners don't just need an estimate—they need someone they can trust. We're looking for an experienced Restoration Estimator who can confidently inspect property damage, develop accurate scopes of work, communicate with homeowners and insurance professionals, and guide projects from the first inspection through a successful handoff to production. If you know construction, build trust naturally, and take ownership of every customer experience, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Inspect residential and commercial property damage. Develop accurate scopes of work and estimates. Document losses with photos, measurements, and detailed notes. Guide homeowners through the restoration process. Coordinate with insurance professionals, Project Managers, and Operations. Help drive profitable reconstruction projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll Thrive Here If You... Take ownership and follow through. Build trust quickly with customers. Communicate clearly and confidently. Stay organized while managing multiple projects. Solve problems instead of waiting for direction. Care about doing the right thing—even when no one is watching. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, insurance, estimating, or project management. Strong knowledge of residential construction. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Valid driver's license. $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
