  • 5pm Join a Growing Industrial Service Team We're looking for a detail-oriented Estimator / Quoting Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys evaluating repair projects, preparing accurate estimates, and working closely with customers, technicians, and vendors to keep projects moving efficiently. Position Summary The Estimator / Quoting Coordinator is responsible for inspecting incoming equipment, preparing repair estimates, creating customer quotes, and coordinating with internal teams throughout the repair process. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate pricing, exceptional customer service, and profitable project execution. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate electric motors, pumps, generators, and other rotating equipment to determine repair requirements.
  • Prepare accurate labor, material, and parts estimates.
  • Create, submit, and follow up on customer quotations.
  • Coordinate with technicians, purchasing, and production teams to ensure timely job completion.
  • Track job costs and update estimates as repairs progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, repair orders, and completed jobs.
  • Assist with purchasing activities, supplier quotes, and order management.
  • Support invoice preparation and verify charges against approved estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree or technical certification preferred).
  • 2+ years of estimating, service coordination, logistics, or administrative experience in an industrial, mechanical, or repair environment.
  • Mechanical or electrical aptitude; experience with electric motors, pumps, or rotating equipment is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or job management software.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
