We self-perform masonry, ICF, concrete, and related trades on commercial projects, and ownership is active in the day-to-day work. We're growing, and we're looking for a Lead Estimator who wants to own the bid process from invitation through award — and see the jobs they price built right. Position Summary The Lead Estimator is responsible for producing accurate, competitive bids on commercial masonry, ICF, and concrete scopes — from takeoff through final pricing and handoff to the Project Manager.
