Assistant Estimator

Duties and responsibilities monitor/managing bid requests from contractors reach out to general contractors and architects for various information retaining to specific projects developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors adding jobs onto the office bid calendar presenting prepared bid estimates to management Job requirements Must be able to read blue prints, (bonus if you can specifically read architectural prints) working knowledge Microsoft Office, (specifically Microsoft Excel) working knowledge of Adobe light travel, (within the state when necessary) preferred working knowledge of Onscreen Takeoff Pro This position is great for someone who would like to grow within the company. Training will be provided. You must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
