Role Description:

The Commercial Roofing Estimator is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicopee, MA. The role includes performing detailed project evaluations, preparing cost estimates, collaborating with clients to define project requirements, and managing bids for roofing projects. Responsibilities include analyzing blueprints, visiting job sites, conducting quantity take-offs, preparing budgets, and providing support to the sales and project management teams. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy in cost calculations and contribute to delivering efficient roofing solutions to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Edge Estimating software and budgeting for projects
• Strong Communication skills, including collaboration with clients and team members
• Experience with roofing systems and materials, specifically commercial roofs
• Project Management skills, including organization and time management
• Familiarity with Edge software and ability to interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance practices
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Previous experience in commercial roofing or construction estimating is an advantage
