This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator looking to play a key role in winning commercial mechanical projects while working for a company with a strong reputation, consistent project backlog, and family-oriented culture. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC and plumbing projects Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing Manage bid submissions and maintain estimating documentation Work closely with project management and operations teams during handover Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities Requirements 3+ years of estimating experience within HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong understanding of labor, material, and equipment pricing Experience estimating commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, laboratory, or industrial projects preferred Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Strong communication and organizational skills What's in It for You?
