$120K - $180K + Year-End Bonus Be part of a team where accuracy, consistency, and execution actually matter. Price commercial roofing work where your numbers carry weight and drive real outcomes. This is an opportunity for an experienced estimator who takes ownership of their numbers and wants to operate in a structured, team-driven environment. You will be working within an established contractor alongside other estimating personnel, with clear processes, leadership support, and a steady flow of bid opportunities. You will not be responsible for generating work. The focus is strictly on producing accurate estimates, assembling professional proposals, and supporting the business in winning the right projects.
