- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work for roofing and siding projects.
- Accurately estimate material and labor costs based on project requirements, including pricing for roofing, siding, flashing, insulation, and related materials using
PLANSWIFT.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to gather additional information as needed.
- Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates and proposals for roofing and siding projects, ensuring all costs are accounted for.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to ensure accurate project takeoffs.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, identify potential challenges, and gather data for accurate estimates.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely and accurate project estimations.
- Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate effective communication throughout the project.
- Monitor and adjust estimates during the project lifecycle, making necessary changes based on scope adjustments or unforeseen issues.
- Track and analyze project costs, providing reports and updates as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing changes, and new products that may impact project costs.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$70,000.00- $100,000.
