We specialize in masonry restoration and waterproofing, and we are expanding with intention. You'll prepare estimates, review plans and specs, identify scope gaps, coordinate pricing, and help us pursue the right work with confidence and discipline. What you'll do: Prepare estimates for commercial masonry restoration and waterproofing projects Review drawings, specifications, details, and bid documents Perform takeoffs and develop labor, material, and production pricing Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risks before submission Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, GCs, and internal team members Help strengthen our estimating systems, bid quality, and preconstruction process Who will do well here: Someone who combines speed with judgment Someone who sees risk before it becomes a problem Someone who can own deadlines and stay accurate under pressure Someone who wants to help build a stronger, smarter growth engine Someone who values accountability, trust, and high standards What we're looking for: 5+ years of commercial estimating experience Experience in masonry restoration, waterproofing, concrete restoration, exterior envelope, or related specialty trades strongly preferred Strong plan/spec reading and takeoff skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines High ownership and solid commercial judgment Benefits may include: health insurance, PTO, retirement plan, laptop, and vehicle or mileage support.
