We are a leading general contractor serving the neighborhoods of Metro Detroit. We specialize in major remodels, additions, kitchens and baths, basements, as well as general exterior and interior construction. The ideal candidate has strong technical construction knowledge, is highly detailed and accurate with an ability to manage multiple projects. The Estimator conducts site visits to understand the client's vision, the scope of work and budget expectations, then completes a detailed estimate with the Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective clients to understand overall vision, project goals, scope and budget expectations. Create detailed and accurate estimates based on client meetings. Work with Estimating Team to track client interactions and project details utilizing internal systems and tools. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of supervisors and management.Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in residential remodeling, construction estimating, and/or a related field (required). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, labor, and project sequencing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. An eye for design would be preferred, but not required. Must be available for regular in-person meetings and site visits throughout Metro Detroit. A positive attitude and commitment to the overall success of the company. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Highlights:
