Job Description

Join a respected, well-established family-owned company as a Commercial Roofing Estimator/Production Manager in either Mankato or Rochester, MN, where you will take on a pivotal role driving $3M-$5M in commercial roofing work. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing regional organization with strong long-term potential, a reputation for tackling complex roofing projects, and the chance to make a major impact in a close-knit team environment focused on quality and results. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Roofing Estimator/Production Manager position include: 3-5+ years of experience as an estimator and/or production manager in commercial roofing Strong background in flat commercial roofing projects and construction estimating Proficiency with HeavyBid and Bluebeam Ability to review plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare accurate bids and cost estimates Conduct site measurements and inspections to support estimating and project planning Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Order materials and coordinate schedules with crews and site supervisors Monitor project costs, maintain budget adherence, and support successful project execution from estimate through completion

Salary :

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
