$90K-$120K + Full Benefits Relocation Assistance Available A long-established, family-owned specialty contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in flooring, drywall, or acoustical construction . The company has been operating for more than 60 years and works across multiple specialty construction divisions, including flooring, drywall, acoustical, metal stud framing, and fireproofing. Responsibilities Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform accurate material and labor takeoffs Develop detailed project estimates Coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing Identify scope gaps and potential project risks Prepare competitive bid packages Work closely with project management and operations Qualifications Estimating experience in flooring, drywall, or acoustical Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Accurate takeoff and pricing capabilities Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and communication skills Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$120,000 Full benefits Relocation assistance available if necessary Confidential search.
