The Opportunity We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented "Intrapreneurs"—professionals who want to work for themselves, but not by themselves. You will perform exterior inspections, build detailed estimates utilizing our proprietary process, and close in-home sales. To ensure your success, we provide a paid 2-week in-class training program followed by ongoing in-field support from our experienced Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

Site Audits:

Conduct thorough inspections of residential home exteriors (including walking roofs) to identify signs of damage and wear. Precision Estimating (retail): Build comprehensive project scopes utilizing PlusOne's standardized "Stock Pricing" sheets to ensure fast, accurate, and transparent quotes for every homeowner. Scope Documentation (insurance): Accurately document and report damage to assist homeowners in the insurance claims process.

Consultative Sales:

Foster positive connections with homeowners, helping them make informed decisions through exceptional customer service.

Detailed Take-offs:

Focus on accurate measurements and material identification, allowing our system-driven pricing to handle the rest.

Requirements:

Physical Ability:

Must be comfortable walking on residential roofs and performing outside inspections.

Transportation:

Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with space for a 17' folding ladder.

Attributes:

Ambition, student mindset, positive attitude, and top-tier organization skills.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

1 year or more of trades/construction experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate with the right "fire."

Compensation:

Pay Range:

$50,000.00 - $160,000.00+ per year (100% Uncapped Commission).

Realistic Expectations:

Targeted first-year earnings for dedicated reps range from $65K - $95K ; top performers exceed $200K .

We live by the rule:

'If it isn't in the CRM (AccuLynx), it didn't happen.' On a scale of 1-10, how comfortable are you with using mobile technology to document every aspect of a project (photos, notes, and emails) in real-time while in the field? This role requires conducting thorough exterior inspections, which include safely setting up a 17' ladder and walking residential roofs to identify and document damage. Are you comfortable and physically able to perform these tasks daily? We provide a 2-week paid training program (30 hours/week) to ensure you have a solid foundation for success. Can you commit to the full 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM schedule for the duration of this training period?
