This person needs to have exceptional customer service skills in order to project manage and secure releases after a project has been won. Must be able to work independently as well as work closely with the team to meet all deadlines, while keeping the company goals in mind. Responsibilities Order entry (working with AirAdvisor, ExpressSelect and Syteline) for booking and releasing projects. Management of multiple deadlines such as but not limited to bid dates, release dates, work order dates, and ship dates. Recognize process improvements for added efficiency and present solutions Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems Ask for assistance within a reasonable time frame to affect a positive result Work independently and with other team members and team leader in a cooperative and coordinated effort within the team Work within the team to achieve goals Customer Service for increased customer satisfaction Negotiate Change Orders as required Quote projects Compile all performance/construction documents into a submittal for Representatives review Facilitate after shipment sales support Willingness to offer training where needed on the team as well as a willingness to accept training to further knowledge of all team members roles/functions. Requirements Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner Creativity and analytical skills Understanding of HVAC equipment/duct a plus Self-starter Works well independently as well as with a team Ability to prioritize based on required deadlines Ability to follow up with Reps and contractors for releases based on project timing Strong negotiation skills to increase sales dollars through change orders Ability to review specifications / drawings / schedules to meet the application while minimizing costs Exceptional organization skills to manage multiple projects We are a leading manufacturer of energy recovery products serving the HVAC market with corporate headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. $21.00 - $26.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have at least two years of experience managing customer orders, order entry, or project coordination in a manufacturing, HVAC, or industrial environment? Have you managed multiple customer projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines for order releases, shipments, or production schedules? Do you have experience reviewing technical specifications, drawings, or construction documents to ensure order accuracy? Have you worked directly with customers, manufacturers' representatives, or contractors to resolve issues, secure releases, or negotiate order changes? Are you proficient using ERP, CRM, or order management software (such as Syteline, AirAdvisor, ExpressSelect, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems)?
