Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Casework Estimator to join a growing architectural millwork and commercial cabinetry team. This position will support the Business Development team by preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial casework, cabinetry, architectural millwork, and related projects. This is a technical estimating role rather than a sales position. The Estimator will analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements; develop detailed estimates; and provide the information needed to help determine which projects and clients are the best opportunities for the company. Key Responsibilities Review architectural drawings, specifications, plans, and project documents to determine scope and estimating requirements. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial casework, cabinetry, architectural millwork, and related products. Perform material, labor, hardware, fabrication, and installation quantity takeoffs. Utilize estimating software, including Innergy or similar platforms, to develop project estimates. Evaluate project requirements, specifications, and design details to identify potential costs and risks. Obtain and evaluate material and subcontractor pricing as needed. Coordinate with Business Development, Project Management, Design, and Production teams to ensure accurate estimates. Identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential scope issues within project documents. Maintain organized estimating records and documentation. Assist the Business Development team in evaluating project opportunities and bid/no-bid decisions. Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding project scope, pricing, and estimating assumptions. Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial casework, cabinetry, architectural millwork, woodworking, or construction estimating. Strong understanding of commercial millwork and casework materials, fabrication, and installation. Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. Experience performing construction or millwork takeoffs and cost estimates. Proficiency with estimating software; experience with Innergy is highly preferred. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, design, production, project management, and other internal teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience estimating commercial architectural millwork or custom casework projects. Knowledge of commercial construction processes and project documentation. Experience working with general contractors, architects, designers, and subcontractors. Familiarity with cabinetry hardware, materials, finishes, fabrication methods, and installation requirements. Previous experience in a manufacturing or architectural millwork environment. #INDPRO
